2. No hate
3. No spam
4. Nothing Illegal
5. Clearly label content that is Not Safe for Work "NSFW"

The Legal Stuff
By using the ESL well Service and web site (whether or not you choose to become a member) you agree to accept this Code of Conduct as part of the Service Agreement. This is a contract between you and ESL well. You may review the terms of this contract at any time at http://eslwell.com/conduct.

You also agree that we may modify terms of this agreement from time to time at our sole discretion, which we will do by updating this web page.

If you do not agree with these terms as posted, you are prohibited from using this site.

1. Conduct and Content
   You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.

   As a user of the ESL well Service you agree that you will:

   • NOT post content that incites, advocates, or expresses pornography, hatred, bigotry, racism, or violence.
   • NOT misrepresent the source of anything you post, including impersonation of another individual or entity.
   • NOT post content that is intended to harm or exploit minors in any way.
   • NOT post content that is designed to solicit, or collect personally identifiable information of any minor (anyone under 18 years old), including, but not limited to: name, email address, home address, phone number, or the name of their school.
   • NOT invade any ESL well member's privacy by attempting to harvest, collect, store, or publish private or personally identifiable information, such as passwords, account information, credit card numbers, addresses, or other contact information without their foreknowledge and willing consent.
   • NOT post content that is illegal or violates any local and national laws that apply to your location; including but not limited to child pornography, illegal drugs, unauthorized use of copyrighted material, invasions of privacy, and unauthorized use of intellectual property not belonging to you.
   • NOT post content that is intended to threaten, stalk, defame, defraud, degrade, victimize, or intimidate an individual or group of individuals for any reason; including on the basis of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, or religion; or to incite or encourage any one else to do so.
   • NOT post content that intends to harm or disrupt another user's computer or would allow others to illegally access software or bypass security on Web sites, or servers, including but not limited to spamming.
   • NOT post content that provides or creates links to external sites that violate this Code of Conduct.

   You understand and agree that you are responsible for any and all content that you post on the ESL well site. You, and not ESL well, are entirely responsible for such content. ESL well does not ensure the accuracy or quality of such content, will not be liable for any content posted by you or other users on the ESL well Service and will not be held responsible for any damages caused because of such content.

2. Spam Is Prohibited
   You will not use the Service to transmit, either directly or indirectly, or facilitate the transmission of any unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("Spam").
3. Links that are Not Safe for Work (NSFW) must be labeled
   You will clearly label any links to external sites or content that is not safe for work with a clear and simple "NSFW" label.

4. Violation
   While we retain the right to cancel or suspend your Service at any time without cause or notice, we consider the following to be a reasonable basis for termination: suspected violations of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service or fraudulent or illegal activities.
