Halloween mask template
18 different masks for Halloween costumens
Cutout and color these masks then tape on rope to wear them.
Used in first grade elementary with success. Took 45 mins to cut, color, and wear.

When you did this lesson with first graders, did you have them choose a mask?
Did it take them long to cut them out?

It took all 45 mins to do this. 1st graders are slow with scissors. And I had to teach them how to fold the paper to cut out the eyes. Then they colored the mask and I went around fitted and taped a headband on each student's mask.
When I gave out the masks, after everyone had a mask I allowed them to trade in the mask for a different one if they liked.
Most of them liked the animal masks
