This is a worksheet I did with my junior high ichinensei to practice past tense and then a bingo sheet for more practice. You can do the bingo anyway you want, but in my class the students had to write the words (which are given in the present tense) in past tense on their bingo card. Then, students could volunteer to make a sentence properly using one of the words. The kids really liked it and they came up with surprisingly good sentences. Students who are 1 word away from getting bingo were not allowed to volunteer because they would just choose the one word they need and guarantee themselves a bingo.
Students who get bingo must read both the present and past tense of their bingo words to the class. I check that it actually is a bingo and then give them a prize.
