Did anyone take good notes during Dan's LL workshop?

I missplaced my notes and am kicking myself for it.  UGH! If anyone took notes on the websites to get art for worksheets or programs to download Youtube videos(PC) , Jeopardy templates and all that jazz please e-mail me or post it as a comment.  Thank you!

Except it's blocked as a blog at work :p

For clip art I usually use www.fotosearch.com or www.printout.jp  The latter one is in Japanese but it's great for when you need Japan specific stuff.
